IN THE DIFFERENT PHASES, WE COVER THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS:
  • Establishment of competitions for ideas, design and planners, drafting of documents and award report. Arquitects bureau recommendation.
  • Cost management. Carrying out the initial investment estimation, calculation of direct and indirect cost (hard and soft costs), cost control in the project phase, follow-up in the tender and monitoring during the work. Calculation and estimation of settlement.
  • Management of licenses, permits and authorizations.
  • Legal support for the preparation of contracts and management of Obra Nueva, División Horizontal and Acta Final de Obra scriptures.
  • Administrative, financial and accounting support for the proper management of Project payments and their coordination with the financial entity.
  • Document management, duly organized and cataloged for delivery to the promoter at the end of the Project.
  • Project analysis and reviews.
  • Deadline management. Planning of the Project and its different phases, establishment of the critical way and study of alternatives.
  • Contracting of Works and tender management: preparation of documentation, drafting of specifications of specific technical conditions, selection of contractors, review of offers, negotiation and recommendation report.
  • Control and execution of Works: Price, deadline and quality.
  • Construction management. Monitoring of compliance with the provisions of the Project, supervision of the facultative direction, review of the work.
  • After-sales management and / or desactivation. Detailed reviews, preparation of final work documentation and licenses.
